This is one of our current projects. Exterior trim was replaced with new PVC trim. Standing seam metal roofs were installed on the house and barn. The chimney abutting the second story gable wall was rebuilt, including the footing and foundation. A solar system was installed on the barn roof that will provide 100% of the electricity for the house and barn. Half round copper gutters were also installed. New pictures to follow.
Pool Room/Half Bath Conversion in Fairfield County.
An existing storage room attached to the garage was converted into a pool room with a half bath. A patio and outdoor shower were also included as part of this project.
